Purpose Driven Mentorship for Long Term Student Success

AM student services provides structured, in-person mentorship focused on personal responsibility, emotional regulation, self-discipline, and purpose-driven growth. Programming includes small group mentorship, one-to-one support, and school-based initiatives aligned with SEL standards and long-term student success. AM works directly with students through a team of qualified AM Ambassadors who provide consistent mentorship and real-world guidance.

Mentorship is not theoretical. Students receive direct exposure to career pathways, leadership roles, and real-world decision-making through professionals who model success in real time. AM helps students move with intention, make efficient choices, and connect their interests to tangible outcomes. By addressing disengagement, emotional dysregulation, and lack of direction, AM supports students in identifying their why and moving forward with clarity. AM also reinforces alignment between educators and scholars through shared expectations, accountability, and consistent messaging.

How We Execute:
  1. Identify Student Needs & Readiness: AM assesses student engagement, emotional regulation, accountability, and direction to identify barriers and growth opportunities aligned with SEL standards.
  2. Deploy Consistent, In-Person Mentorship: Qualified AM Ambassadors work directly with students through small-group and one-to-one mentorship, providing structured, relationship-driven support.
  3. Model Real-World Leadership & Decision-Making: Mentorship is active and experiential. Students learn through direct exposure to career pathways, leadership roles, and professionals who model success in real time.
  4. Build Accountability, Purpose & Emotional Regulation: AM teaches students how to move with intention, regulate emotions, make efficient choices, and connect personal interests to tangible outcomes.
  5. Reinforce Alignment Across School Communities: AM strengthens alignment between educators and scholars by supporting shared expectations, consistent messaging, and accountability across academic and personal development spaces.
