Structured Mentorship for Student Growth

Avril Management (AM) delivers structured, intentional youth mentorship designed to strengthen academic engagement, behavioral regulation, and long-term decision-making. Through our AM Ambassadors, students receive consistent guidance grounded in educational expertise, social-emotional learning, and leadership development. We focus on helping young people build self-awareness, accountability, and a strong sense of purpose, equipping them with the tools needed to navigate both academic expectations and life beyond the classroom.

Data Informed Support for Lasting Impact

AM intentionally serves students who are often misinterpreted through behavior rather than understood through context. By addressing the underlying factors that influence student behavior, our mentors help youth reframe challenges into opportunities for growth and skill development. Using both formative and summative assessment methods, we track progress, reinforce learning, and ensure students retain and apply skills across academic and real world settings.

How We Execute:
  1. Establish Clear Student Baselines: Conduct formative assessments to identify academic, behavioral, and social-emotional starting points.

  3. Build Essential Life and Learning Skills: Implement skill-building sessions focused on regulation, accountability, and leadership readiness.
  4. Adjust Support Through Continuous Feedback: Use ongoing formative feedback to refine strategies and reinforce learning in real time.
  5. Measure Growth and Sustain Progress: Apply summative assessments to evaluate skill retention, behavioral growth, and academic progress.
